Summer's here for me!
[Edit] Fabulous news! I might be able to still run the site after all! I've found a site that will run my FTP client for me so I don't have to waste six years of my life trying to download one onto this computer! Exciting, isn't it? In other news, I've got one participant into my summer tournament so far, my darling affiliate Ai of Deadly Nightshade. But let's face it--a tournament's no fun if you're the only one in it! Well, now that school's out for me, I'm heading home for the summer. There are two important things to know about my house in the summer: one, I don't have internet in my room, and two, the computer that does have internet has a really crappy monitor that displays every picture like it's been splattered with water and left to dry in the sun. It's a really miserable time for me. So to keep myself from getting totally depressed, I'm holding a summer-long tournament. Check it out on the contest page.
With this computer issue that I have, I probably won't be updating a lot. Well, I'll try to update, but it'll mostly be me using this space a blog for the most part, unless I can find my flash drive. Wish me luck; I think it's in my car somewhere.
Now to more important issues: Link Exchanges and Affiliates: Even though I might not be making a lot of updates, I'll still be online, which means I'll still visit your sites. I'll come by and leave comments, I promise. However, if for any reason you don't want to be affiliated with me or continue to be link exchanges, send me an email and I'll take down your link. Make an effort to come by once in a while [at least once a month until this is over], though, or else I'm going to be doing some serious pruning when I get back to school in the fall.
So what are your plans for the summer? I'm going to work. A lot. If I'm lucky, I'll get a job at the bank across the street from my house [okay, not literally across the street; if you walk out of my driveway and walk two houses down the street, across the street from there is the back road to the bank--not even a five minute walk], and I still have my job at the pools, so if everything works out, I'll work at the bank in the mornings and at the pools in the evenings because they're open until nine, and I can be at the pools on weekends and bank holidays. Woohoo! Hopefully I'll make a lot of money and still be able to sleep and maybe go back and see Kyle once in awhile.
