So whats new with Bex, well for one thing I'm 17 yes 17 :D no I don't have a boyfriend :( but I am married :D to Christian Bale :D jking.
So college life, well what can I say I really enjoy it, besides my E in art there isn't a subject I hate and I have a really large group of friends I just wonder into the common room and there are always people to hang around with, at the moment my closest friend is Frankie, I've def. grown closer with her as we're in histo together, and Nicola as shes in my Art class. My old group from high school are still with me Johnny especially but not so much chloe and Alice they tend to ditch me a bit, but it doesn't bother me, I get the feeling their a little jealous.
My classes are all good, the only bad thing is that I have so much work and I still leave it till sunday to do.
My immune system has not changed, I've had a cold for about 3 weeks, and its gotten worse today as I was suppose to go to Frankies and say good bye to Sofa as shes leaving for france but alas I was too ill to go :( good bye sofa! :'( my photog buddy.
I've also missed the spam so I've allowed comments, surely they've forgotten about this little place.

I have decided due to the shear amount of spam I'm getting each day that I'm only allowing registered cute news members comment. have all the ghost in the shell and cow boy bebop osts to date! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!?!?!?!?! and there all amazing except mega tech some thing or other its not even by yoko kanno what a rip off! any way so I'm in love with this guy his names Scott Matthews (don't worry hes real) but hes a singer :( but he voice omg is sooooo amazing if you could marry voices I'd marry his (or the bales howl) but hes not very pretty to look at :( but oh well his song be human actually makes me CRY! yes like proper full on weeping! ok so its a certain time and I cry at every thing but a song unrelated to I dunno some ones death or a relationship which hasn't worked to make me cry for no real reason except that its a sad and beautfiul song! its maddness! I'm rather upset because I haven't gone to see hell boy by sister didn't like it but I really want to see it! where is aneeka these days? infact where are all my friends its rather lonely around here with only the spam for company.... :(

so the holiday wasn't bad it was madly hot, but I was really homesick without my sister and brother. Still I saw alot of pretty beaches and had some super scary drives into the mountains. I also finished all the books I brought on holiday a clock work orange and a room with a view. Both were pretty good but a clock work orange was the best! any whos I'm off to ring ppl up about their results!

LOL hes not real guys don't worry I'm still a feminist! and believe men are all scum but spike is amazing. Hes from the old classic anime cowboy bebop which will hopefully be made into a live action film staring the sexy keanu reeves (I know girls its gonna be GREAT!) I actually cannot think of a more fitting person to play spike! ok so some of you probably don't know the legendary cow boy bebop but the whole world should it has to be the best anime ever even possibly beating Nana and every one who knows me would be shocked at me saying that. So me being such a nice girl (ha or just wanting every one to watch this anime) will tell you about it. Basically set in the future the story centers on a group of bounty hunters and their ship (bebop) each episode is about a new bounty and the characters attempts to make some cash. Each of the characters are flawed in some way and truly different each wanting money for their own greed and purposes First character spike who could be considered the lead has a dark past, and ties with the mob who seems to be searching for an old girl friend. The second character Jet is the pilot and ex-cop who has secrets of his own. The third and my favorite Fay Valentine a woman who has major gambling debts and major issues with her past due to her not actually remembering it. The fourth character is my least favorite Ed a hacker and basic nut job (so annoying) and the final character is Ein the dog who had some sort of chip in him. Seriously all those reading who have not watched this series PLEASE DO! Its soooo funny and sooo good sure its slightly formulaic but its really rather different and is a classic so pleeeaaassseeee watch it. Its 26 episodes and there is an english dub available so aneeka stop watching bleach and watch this!

I'm away on holiday next week so I'll be relaxing in the sun but I want to finish bebop so I can start on hellsing I'm into alot of guy animes recently I guess it because I miss stuff like death note and I'm sure gonna miss spike once bebops finished hes soooo amazing!

I went to see the new mummy film a few days ago and man I wanted to gouge my eyes out it was that bad. Really it wasn't even the script that was bad I actually enjoyed all the facts on chinese history (despite the major inaccuracies) that was all very good. It was that bloody evie woman SHES TERRIBLE cannot act to save her life! poor rachel weisz must have been crying at seeing how this new woman messed up her character! and the son (alex) was suddenly American in the film as if he had inherited his fathers accent!?!? all this aside the change of director is very apparent instead of it being a cool Egyptian indianna jone style type film that stephen sommers created . We have this terribly shot mish mash of action and cheesy one liners by some crappy director with the name of robert cohen (no relation to the masterful cohen brothers who have a new film out with john malkovich). I'm also crying over the fact they are doing 3 more films and the stupid woman whos messed up evie has signed up for it along with her ever changing accent son. All I can hope is that Brendan Frasier takes weisz lead and never touches another the mummy script so long as that twat is directing it.

so I finallllyyyy decided to enter (very late) into this Manga jiman comp, I won't win but I like my story considering that I changed it from my original and came up with some crazy idea about cats. So yes I have an idea I've done about 3 pages but I need to pretty much start toning today so that I have the whole of next week to do it as I may change my mind half way through and such. The major problem is, I'm terrible at drawing cats....like I don't know how to draw them realistic of cartoony so its a bit of a challenge and 150 cats is a bit of a task to do.....
On top of that I have to clean my room, and on saturday I'm going to the beach -alone as none of my friends could make it- then next friday I'm off to crete so I reaaaalllllyyy want to finish it before I leave so that I won't worry about it. or annoy my parents by being miserable with out my laptop. SO yes its going to be one hell of a week.

So it was nana day the monday just passed, although I don't think it was really an official one as not a big fuss was caused this year in comparison to the previous. I met up with fellow nana fan wendy and we enjoyed a afternoon of nana 1 and gossiping as neither of us had much money and the weather was terrible so no real nana celebrations could take place.
Any way Nana day aside I did it again I bought another book I couldn't afford but it seems really interesting, its like a twist on the Lady of Shallot story so YAY. any way I have a review for you all to read so here you go, please bear in mind it was very late at night so if some of it doesn't make sense.

Ok the latest drama I watched is Zettai Kareshi its based on a Yuu watase manga I read a while ago. Its about a single girl Riiko whos never had a boyfriend and finds shes accidentally bought a robot lover who she names Night and well its basically about a love triangle between Riiko her boss Soshi and Night and Riiko striving to realize her dream of being a patisserie.

Ok one thing you should know about Yuu Watase is her mangas are REALLY weird but it works because they are mangas, however when its real people portraying such situations it really does not work no matter how good the script is and how funny the jokes are. I’m afraid to say this Drama is TERRIBLE! It starts off REALLY well I loved the work place stuff and the romance between Soshi and Riiko it really worked well with them two but Night seemed just like an annoying distraction and as he wasn’t nearly as hot as the actor who portrays Soshi I really did not like him as being Riikos chosen lover.
But I thought perhaps if they kept Night as I simple side character or as a complication between Soshi and Riiko it might pick up, it honestly DOES NOT! Infact it gets worse because Riiko slowly begins to fall in love with Night who is A ROBOT meaning when you get to around 30 and want kids of your own YOU CAN’T and when your what 77 he will look EXACTLY THE SAME and you’ll look like some pervy old granny hanging around with men half your age. The best thing in the drama Soshi aside was Namikiri
He was really great as an actor and his role was really rather believable but nothing not even him could save this terrible drama!

So at around about episode 9 and 10 it gets ridiculous if I didn’t already know the ending I probably wouldn’t have finished the drama I just kept thinking of how the drama will end and that will be by (spoiler guys so don’t look if your considering watching this crappy piece of drama)

So yeah I really hate this whole humans and robots thing its stupid why do we need love robots when there are billions upon billions of people out there just waiting for love dreaming of love hoping to fall in love. The whole never had a boyfriend crap is stupid because you’ll never go through your WHOLE life without one it may just take you a little longer so lover robots are stupid and unnecessary (although sex robots are some thing completely different!) so I found the whole dramas over all message ridiculous insane even. So I give it my worst score and biggest time waster ever

1/10 really terrible if your into the whole robot love thing with realistic touches then by all means go for it but for us living in the real world who aren’t into the whole robot sex thing really do not watch this drama regardless that its based on the lovely Yuu watases work. You have been warned!

On another note I have soooooooooo many books to read I recently got A clock work orange, I am charlotte simmons and jane eyre, but I have two more coming such as a room with a view and this meg cabbot book about king arthur called avlon high- one of those predictable and cheesy teenage ones but I thought it'd be a nice break from all this dark heavy stuff. I'll give you a quick synopsis on the books I've read

A clock work orange you should all probably know as being the bases for one of the most notorious films and most banned to date, The film doesn't deviate too much from the book (or so I've heard) apart from the ending (which annoyed me). For those of you who don't know the story it is set in a futuristic world where it seems all order has fallen and youth gangs rule the streets and towns, the main character is a creep known as Alex who has a gang himself and enjoys rape, drugs and ultraviolence (basically beating the shit out of anything and any one) the book is spoken in this slang known as nadsat and I tell you its a bitch to understand its a mix of russian and english words which create a whole new word which we're SOME HOW suppose to understand. but it does help conceal the full brutality of alex and co's crimes as for the most part you haven't a clue what their on about. I do love how Alex speaks he speaks like a psychotic version of shakespeare and refers to every one as brother!-reminds me of old desy from lost<3 and his character is actually rather interesting with many questions that need answers and will probably be revealed. All in all despite people reeling away in shock as to why I'd want to read such a twisted book, I don't find it that way I think its actually a reflection of our own youth world in the future of what would happen if our elders ran out of power. So I wouldn't be put off guys yet of the sadistic film that was created from this work of an increasingly plausible future.

My second book is Jane eyre which every one MUST know its a classic and alot like a gothic Cinderella take. Written by the legendary charlotte bronte is about a girl whos had no lasting goodness in her life, coming from a sad and cruel childhood from which she suffered much bullying from her cousin and is blamed for all of it. Her only solace is in drawing and imagining she is some where else.
She is soon sent away to a boarding school where yet again she is called a problem child she does however befriend a girl who unfortunately dies causing more pain for dear jane. Eventually she excels in her studies and is offered a position of governess place at a castle-if I remember correctly from the series. Here she'll not only find happiness and love but also a terrible secret that threatens all this. (not bad line eh EH?!?!)

The final book I've managed to read a little of is I am Charlotte simmons about a girl from a sheltered and all be it humiliating life in sparta (I know your thinking 300 but its the one in america *shrugs*). Charlotte is exceptionally clever and has managed to get into the prestigious dupont college here she'll discover alot more then academic success she'll be thrown into a world of sex and drugs which begin to change and open Charlottes innocent eyes (I am on a role here). The book itself is incredibly long which means its relatively slow and very little has happened or been revealed, Charlotte is described as innocent but I don't think she is I think she knows or being so clever should know alot of the world and that means sex and drugs! But so far the book has shown none of her innocence. I like the character of hoylt who is rather funny upon stumbling across a politician in a very compromising position.

so chapter 76 is out (thanks to the wonderful celestial-delinquent) and its becoming clear now that nana won't be finishing on chapter 77 I think it might be able to finish in chapter 78 but I think Yazawa is going to keep it going for as long as she can. I had vowed that if she keeps it going for another year or what ever I wouldn't be reading it, but I'm not so sure. Nana day is next week as well but I'm not sure if its going to be an official one like the previous years but who knows I think that as it could be the last nana day that it should be celebrated so spread the word that we should still celebrate in some way no matter how small. I myself am meeting up (hopefully) with fellow nana fan wendy we're going to watch both films and probably eat loads of nana related sweets. Any way Nana day aside the next chapter proved again to disappoint me. It was mainly about yuri (who I hate) and her movie, but miu was in it so that was nice also seeing that her and yasu relationship is going well but damn that shion why does she have to get involved! Again hachi disappoints nana and me its not like takumi was dying or anything and yh sure its her husband but can takumi really be called a husband has he actually done anything husbandly? not that I recall infact he was sleeping with his "sister" not long ago. So to say that its her wifely duty would be stupid and shes known nana alot longer then takumi and should know of nanas insecurities a little better... I really felt bad for nana in this chapter nothing seems to be going right for her, it seems she feels that she is alone in this world as there seems to be nobody for her. I also was a little confused by ren when he kissed the box of chocolates that looks alot like the ones reira was giving so I'm concerned about that. Shin is cute as always I'm proud that hes decided to grow up and believe me shin is HOT when hes older (for a manga character). But yes I feel all the excitement of nana that I once had for it is disappearing, I no longer seem to care for any of the characters, not like I did, I think its because I've probably grown up and I feel that what ever the characters do they only end up disappointing me....

well as you can tell theres a new layout up with a lady of shalott theme to it, I'm rather pleased with how its turned out.
well I have a review for you of narnia prince caspian. To be fair its a rather good watch I have added the super sexy ben barnes to my list ;). I actually liked the story itself I still dislike susan and lucy with a passion but peter and edmund in particular are pretty solid good actors although its clear that Ben is being set up as the new lead character as the story goes into his story and rivalry more then the actual story line of what happened in narnia. That in itself disappointed me a little that we are still left with no real clue of how these humans gained and kept control of narnia or of the previous kings. I felt the ridiculous romance between susan and the 26-year old caspian was stupid as in later novels he marries and the girl playing susan is only 19 thats quite an age gap. Also considering caspian was only 13 in the original book, but it is a film and ben barnes is certainly...........hot.........(I'm not jealous at all of that fish faced susan not at all.....)but I felt the fight scenes were rather cool although it was a little alarming to think poor edmund who is only 16 is going round killing men...but with out such scenes it'd be a very dull film. I enjoyed the film but I can't help but dislike some of C.S.lewis's writings such as peter and susan having to leave because they are too old, how after killing and fighting a war, you be expected to fit neatly back into society, also it complicates the twist of the last novel. I also hated the fact Susan was never allowed back into narnia because she "betrayed" Aslan my guess is she started dating and became less interested in the fantasy but any girl would not simply forget that she was a queen and had the love of that sexy king caspian. So with that I find a few faults but that is nothing to do with the film just my personal opinion. I do hope that the director continues the whole series of narnia books because I think that with cheap imitations of such works not naming names *cough* harry potter *cough* the classics and original fantasy fictions of my childhood need to be kept alive and need to be told to the kids of the next generations. I look forward to seeing ben sexy barnes again in the Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
My rating for this film is 7/10 susan and that pathetic lucy let it down.

so yes the summer holidays have officially begun! its been rather fab really
I've done nothing

NOTHING and its wonderful!
I've been suffering from art block meaning I can't actually draw anything decent. I think its been due to stress as I've been having problems with my hair, its been falling out and my head has been really itchy that it now has lots of scabs and scars on it (ewwwww). This I thought would finish once the holidays began, but it hasn't really. So I've had to take a break from every thing I've not watched any drama for about five days and I've been re reading some of my old favourite one shot mangas. But the best thing that has happened is that my sister got a new ps2 for free from my brothers kind friend adam we got two controllers and two memory cards! so we've been able to *dramatic pause* finally play ff12 (yes aneeka its only taken us a year!). So thats been good but while my sisters been at work I've gotten out an old favourite game of mine final fantasy x-2 reminiscing over ff10 which I was not prepared to complete AGAIN so its been fun to play around on a video game and not take it all too seriously.

It was extra great because my previous data had been wiped off the memory card but Adam to the rescue again had the game himself and had left the data on the memory card he gave us so yay!

I'm not to bothered that I haven't met up with many friends from school because it would only stress me out also the fact I got the frickin letter from my other college telling me I had to go for an induction day which I don't want to do because the particular campus is full of weird people who carry knives and such, but this doesn't bother me too much its just that its:
A) in the morning
B) I don't know where the "dining hall" is
so yeah I can't completely relax as thats next week along with my art exhibition so meh :S
But some good news on the art front I have finally thought of an idea for my rsom entry but its top secret so you'll have to wait...................aneeka....hahahahha

so I started a new drama y-day called Koi wa Tatakai

The story centres round 3 friends and their life and loves, the main focus being on Hanako a recently divorced woman, after a drunken night out she is put in jail and finds her sharing a cell with two other very different women, from this event they become close friends meeting up, drinking and talking about their life and loves. Hanako becomes involved in a love triangle while working as an romance columnist writer, Kyoko a lawyer becomes involved with a host and Yukari and office worker forms many relationships the most prominent being with a guy who cheated on her before.

So by reading the summary this drama seemed perfect a true josei manga if it had been. However it lacks some thing (not just sexy guys) but true heart and connection between these women, all they seem to do with one and another is drink and lie, it takes for real events to actually happen before any of them reveal any real tales of love, it doesn't appear these women are friends at all they seem to just use one and another as company in their lives, so ok the friendship needs development hows the love side, well I found hanakos love triangle pretty boring and pretty basic for a josei style drama it was the classic childhood friend vs work college and despite the cuteness of the childhood friend I really did not have much care for this love triangle as Hanakos character was pretty weak and pretty annoying to be a central character. Kyokos love life seemed more interesting despite it being a very cliché scenario (the falling in love with a host or player) I liked how kyoko understood that he was probably lying to her but it pissed me off when she kept running back to him knowing what he was and knowing that he probably didn't love her, I hate this ridiculous
obsessive thing that dramas depict which is japanese women seem to have some crazy thing about hosts thinking that these men are capable of falling in love with quite frankly average if not below average looking women. These men have jobs they separate love and their job sure they maybe selling love trying to make you think that your in love but its ridiculous to think they'd consider mixing the two its like a prostitute marrying her sex client it doesn't happen because they'd have to quit working and hosts can't quit the moneys to good and the jobs too easy.
Yukari is the worst character her whole point of being is to represent the young women of japan the slags in other words but shes terrible, it does not depict young women or slags in the right way at all she falls in love with the first man we see her meet, I feel a better probably deeper storyline is needed explaining why she did or does sleep with so many men it surely can't be due to just sexual pleasure, you really discover little about this category of women and I think the actress knew this and her cutesy approach does lift the dark messages addressed in her co-stars lives but her storyline just distracts and annoys the viewer from the "pressing" matters of the other two women.
I feel what this drama lacks is depth, each women is suppose to represent a category of women in modern japan, Hanako is suppose to represent the newly divorced woman whos suppose to grow and learn from her previous mistakes, I would have cast her in the role of an agony aunt to the two other women but she seems to have learnt little from her divorce refusing to choose between the two men and then suddenly as if it had been obvious to the viewers right from the start announce who she likes very weird in my books theres also no turning point not really for her coming to such a conclusion. Kyoko is suppose to represent workaholic women who would probably marry through arrangements rather then for love, she is at the start very reluctant to fall in love and I admired that (as I have taken the vow not to) I felt at the start she really did well in representing such women, but it all goes wrong when she falls in love with some stranger who later turns out to be a host (and I swear a judge at one point O.o) which seems just a "little" bit farfetched a woman of what late twenties earlier 30's would have some sort of restrain for a pretty boy who whispers sweet secrets to about 10 million other woman and has slept with about half of japan. Its really ridiculous he even fell for her in the first place and found that unless she got hurt and found another more suitable realistic love the storyline could not be saved, and so far on episode 8 some thing has happened which has saved the storyline but if she ends up with this “knight in shining armour” I will not be happy and will tell you all so. Yukari's storyline is annoying and bores me I feel her character lacks depth and should have been given an even smaller role so they could have added another category of women perhaps a married woman around the same age could have been added instead to show the real varies between each women divorced single and married would have made an interesting show one getting over love one getting into love and one retaining love but oh well. The Dr Usami is suppose to also be a prominent character but I don't feel she is although I find her links between humans and various animals very interesting and her own story the most interesting out of all of them the ending of a marriage however her own characters execution of the storyline is pretty poor she does learn from her mistakes but she does not actually gain any real closure nor sit with her husband and figure out what went wrong together, I think such a scene would have been far more interesting and worth while then the one that was actually decided upon.
The male influence is pretty poor, you haven't a clue why they act the way they act and the all act pretty unlike normal men all the love interests decide things for themselves and we are given no clue why they have decided upon such actions such as Hanakos loves sudden end of relationship, or why Yukaris man runs away it remains a mystery!
So this drama does disappoints those looking for a meaningful josei style drama it simply does not know what its trying to do, go for the lighthearted approach which does not work not against the likes of better and more well made dramas such as Nodame cantabile which combines seinen josei and shoujo elements (not to mention a hell of alot of music) where as this drama cannot even handle one of these. But if your bored and looking for some light humour and the sudden dry spell of mangas and dramas out there this could be a nice little filler of your day its only 9 episodes each split into 4 parts if your like me you’ll be able to finish within a day J my rating for this drama is and average 6.5/10 that’s me being generous.

Well I'll open with yes my GCSE's have been going stong for two weeks now, I've done art media maths and today english lit so I'm pretty much half way through which is good the sooner its over the sooner I can stop worrying and get some proper shut eye. I've been bored today manga and dramas are experiencing a dry season (meaning very few are out there which appeal to me) I'm actually re reading alot of my old fav mangas which is very new to me there have always been mangas. But due to the exam period less are getting translated and those that are do not interest me. So I've been waiting olivia L to release her much anticipated new single and album after being disappointed with what she called "bleeding heart" sorry olivia but more like bleeding ear drums. I love olivia as much as the next person and the verses and bridge were beautiful BUT THE CHORUS wth seriously it had alot of build up but came to NOTHING just her repeating the line and adding a few japanese words in a pretty winy voice. I was pretty enraged by it as we olivia fans are treated pretty shitty she doesn't release anything for years, and at this period in time she should be cashing in on her new found nana fame, lets face it shes gotten a much wider fan base due to nana other wise its highly unlike people over here (in Britain such as myself) would even have heard of her. So I have been awaiting a new single from her to make up for the cancellation of her new album and the poor quality that was bleeding heart. So far......NOTHING all that has happened is....shes gotten a new hair cut and introduced people to her guitar teacher, which is all very well but WOMAN seriously one song one DECENT song wouldn't go amiss especially as Music is the only thing which soothes and relaxes me at a time like this.

On the other side of the fence we have the sexy Anna who is doing very well I'm so pleased shes been on fire realesing in a matter of months and today I listened to her new single crazy world which features the also very sexy AI. The song opens very R and B but the chorus is very rock and tsuchiya style. I have to admit her cocoon song didn't do it for me be U did (that is a groovy song found on the single) so this new song has made me remember why I love Anna and have every one of her songs to date (yes even the remixes) and makes me forget my anger towards olivia (who can do what she likes I'm sure what ever she'll release will probably disappoint me to be honest).

I'm stressed guys so fellow olivia fans sorry if I seem brutal but do you not feel that a woman whos been in the business as long as she has really treats her fans like shit, I'm not saying she has to work herself to the bone but seriously its been so long since we've heard anything of any real importance from her.

I read some proper spoilers later on today so I decided to post another dose of nananess, so its offical that takumi is living with the kid, but this whole theory that the kid is actually hachis is some thing I will not ever EVER believe the only thread I have left into being satisfied with NANA's ending is a nobu+Hachi ending if this DOES NOT HAPPEN I will seriously pack my bags fly to japan and get Yazawa to re write the ending! sorry takumi fans but Takumi simply does not deserve such happiness. Its confurmed that Reira is not living with takumi (thank fuck) but shes very sad (SHAME) I wonder if its because my theory that shes a looney (shes apparently sitting on a park bench talking to herself now thats pretty weird O_O) and maybe for her kids safety shes not allowed to see the little ren or what ever I just refuse to believe the kid is hachis. Naokis really pissing me off though he keeps going on about how when they find Nana O he hope takumi and hachi will get back together and trapnest gets reformed. OK wtf mate seriously what world are you living in takumi slept with fuckin reira the lead singer of his band while his wife is PREGNANT I'm sorry but some things just cannot be forgiven seriously. Apparently at the end of the chapter nana is saying for her birthday shes going to .......................BUY HERSELF A TICKET TO TOKYO!!!!! meanng nana is on her way kids and as her birthday is like next week in the chapter my guess is that nana O makes her return or begins it in the next flash forward it probably won't be the next chapter as that will focus on the flash back dialogue. I'm a little well I found that again Nana has disappointed me another chapter I simply do not feel was worth the wait all we learnt was that Takumi is the dad thats about it really. I really really REALLY do not want a takumi+Hachi ending I'm really sorry I refuse to like the guy whos fucking reira to keep a band together thats just well sad really. I do not believe the kid is hachis for two reasons, reason 1 the kid is older then satsuki the dates simply do not match and takumi and hachi would not have another kid certainly not if shes found out about his dirty affair with the slag that is reira reason 2 why the hell would she not have this cute little boy with her at like all times like she does with satsuki I have thought that maybe she rejected the kid because hes a guy or what ever but really I don't think hachi would be that cruel shes too I dunno I just don't think Ai Yazawa would/should tackle some thing so delicate as post natal depression and also pnd doesn't last forever, it would be ill advised to take the child as far as London. So I was trying to think of a reason for Takumi wanting to keep the kid from hachi and it can be one of the two opptions:
The kid is Nana O and Takumis-this opption would be really interesting and I'd actually like to see it, it would be a big explanantion for rens overdose.
The kid is Reira and Takumis yh this one would probably be the best.

Whatever the future of nana is I'm sure both nanas will meet this is a definate Yazawa can be cruel in love but she wouldn't be down right mean by killing Nana O off suddenly or some thing like that but I will be so pissed if naoki gets his way like really really really pissed! Like the kind of pissed that would put me off manga for life! Any who thats all now bye bye!

ok ok I've calmed myself, right ok lets get going. So nana chapter 74 is out today and due to many various rumours its suppose to be the death of ren *weeps* I have yet to get my hands on any raws but from a quick post from a source tells me that the little boy with the name ren reira is seen with is in actual fact that scum bag takumis boy yes we all pretty much knew this. But what we did not know is that takumi is actually LIVING WITH HIM and possibly THE SLAG THAT IS REIRA its this news that has shocked me the most. Like jesus christ man not only does he get his lead singer knocked up but he leaves hachi for her! seriously what the FUCK! Hachi for some reason can't leave the country I'm guessing its cos of her kid (or shes pregnant again but lets not open another can of worms). and misato has run away (I think thats nanas other half sister not misato as in the cute lolita fan one) and is apparently staying in some dormitory some where with shion. Apparently the slag reira can no longer sing unless the young ren plays the guitar but who cares I actually cannot forgive her for this and I'm glad she can't sing even if it is lovely olivia lufkins beautiful voice. But there is good news NAOKI IS MARRIED HOW FAB IS THAT I always loved the guy so good for him. Now lets take a step back (I'm saying this to myself more then for any one else) this all pretty much paves the way for a nobu hachi reunion so YAYYAYAYAYAYAYAY yes wendy we'll get our and they all lived happily ever after ending that I so dearly want hachi and Nana to have. I'm pretty sure this chapter won't tell us if ren is dead I think he probably is but this chapter seems to be a flash forward and so it might have him dead right at the end so alas we'll have to wait till chapter 75 for the departure of nana. But hell I could be wrong who knows but nobu and hachi won't be getting together in this one:(. Any way what a bastard that takumi complete and utter scum......
don't get me started on that reira!

I find its pretty strange though that Ai Yazawa has chosen to depict people in such lights, if you think about it I don't really think you can ever forgive reira for what shes done, shes split up a family out of her own greed she never stopped herself did she? she simply hurt more people in her love for takumi, hachi, shin and even Nana (with her constant caring for ren) so despite ai yazawas usual not every one is all bad thing I actually cannot see any good reira has done. I can't remember the last time shes actually helped any one like at all, all shes done is cause more problems I don't care how she'll probably try and make takumi stay with hachi or any of that crap all I know is shes a very spoilt useless waste of a person. Seriously for a fictional character shes the actual bitch role in what most mangas have which is stange for Ai Yazawa because even in gokinjo with mariko you could see mariko wasn't all bad I actually liked and respected her after a while. But REIRA no way theres no redeeming her seriously.

Takumi, well I think he did redeem himself after a while but I can in a strange way understand why he chose reira, he might love her he might not but hes always taken care of her always protected her so it makes sense he chose her over hachi, its not right but it makes sense. Hachi is probably a much stronger person then she is given credit for. She maybe winy and child like at times but shes strong she has been ever since her break up with shoji in that she didn't kill herself hahaha.where as reira reira is weak and would probably need takumi to hold her hand for like every thing. so it makes sense its his mess with reira for not being honest with her and not telling her whether he loved or didn't love her earlier and now all these people have gotten hurt. Thats if he and reira are even living together who knows reira maybe a complete nut job and in some crazy hospital some where. But if ren dies I believe that its down to Takumi, he was the one who offered him a place in trapnest, he was the one which didn't take a better care of him while nana was away, who was to rapped up in his stupid affairs to see the slow decay of ren so for that I'll blame it all on takumi whether its fair or not I will blame and hate the man till the day I die.

If ren dies the only romantic partner nana O has left is yasu, which I don't want to happen as I love miu shes so sweet!

As promised here is my review on First love. First love is a romantic story about a girl called Kasumi and her former love who was also her high school teacher at the time. The two fell in love but due to unavoidable circumstances they had to part leaving Kasumi heart broken (as he being as all men tend to in these dramas failed to tell her why thus permanently scaring her for the rest of her life ha that’s men for ya!).
Now years later the two meet again but fate has played a cruel joke as he is introduced to her as her sisters fiancé.

I was dying seriously I was so low on dramas when I found this one I was a little reluctant but when I saw that Utada hikarus Sakura drops was used as the main theme song I had to watch it (as its my favourite Utada song). The starting of the drama is pretty good its got a lot of pacing but I think that a lot of the actions Kasumi did would not be what a sister would do to another, such as running after him in the middle of the night, I would not do that because he is my sisters fiancé and that would seem a little weird especially if she saw me (which she does). However the scripting of the drama is very good very strong and the characters are all very deep and very complex the main one being Kasumis older and slightly unstable sister who I found a little unbelievable but she added many twists in the plot which not even I saw coming and made the drama an extra special treat rather then the predictable rubbish that comes out these days. The drama did lack a few things humour was the main thing there were no real jokes in it and I did not understand the male leads chanting whether it was down to poor translating or just weird scripting I didn’t understand the meanings behind them. I also felt that at points Kasumi and the male lead lacked chemistry and Kasumi’s constant pouting and lack of expressions did get on my nerves but she did come through towards the end of the drama which ended beautifully. All in all the drama is pretty lovely, its beautiful in some parts and gives you a realistic view on a very difficult situation. I have to applaud the male lead he was wonderful and gave a very good performance although his constant wavering was a little well unbelievable if not irritating. Kasumi’s character could have been given more depth and a better character. Her sister was probably the weirdest, (she has a thing for lighting loads of candles) and their failing to mention her being adopted earlier on made it harder for the viewer to understand why she is the way she is. A lot more time was dedicated to her and the male leads personalities and complexities then those that could have been used to making Kasumi a more memorable and deeper character that the viewer could really have fallen in love with and rooted for 100%. So I feel that this is what the drama lacked as Kasumi is suppose to be the lead character at least that’s what I thought. I liked how the drama ended, I would have liked a longer more definite ending but that’s just me. All in all if your looking for a deep complex drama with lots of twists and turns rather then a replacement for a light and bubbly romantic comedy then this is not the drama for you, how ever if your feeling low and would like a drama with real meaning then go for this one you shouldn’t be disappointed.

YAH GUESS WHATS BACK WHY ITS ME yes I'm back from the dead, well briefly till I have to return to the underworld that is revision, so artificial B is up with a new layout and YES AND my art work for the first time in like yonks! the layout is also an image drawn by me pretty spiffy eh! LOL any who I've decided that the site will not only feature my art work and such it will no longer have my lovely icons on it as I no longer have the time nor the passion to make them but they'll be back some time in the distant future perhaps. Instead I've decided I will now post reviews and my own thoughts on the various japanese anime and dramas that I watch, I've been thinking about this for a while and I think it'll be fun each blog will give my personal view on each episode or episodes I watch I'll also include korean dramas if I decide on watching them so yah!! ALSO fans of the gorgeous series that was Hana yori dango will be pleased (if not already informed) there is going to be a movie! WITH MATSUMOTO JUN!!!!!!! god I love him so yes me and wendy are looking forward to it and were jumping for joy! Now lets try my hand at my first on going review on Nodame cantabile:
I'm just going to paste the synopsis cos I'm lazy :D
Megumi Noda, or “Nodame” is a piano student at Momogaoka College of Music. An extremely talented pianist who wants to be a kindergarten teacher, she prefers playing by ear rather than reading the music score. She is messy and disorganized, takes baths several days apart and loves to eat, sometimes stealing her friend’s lunchbox when it is filled with delicacies.

Shinichi Chiaki, is Momogaoka’s top student. Born into a musical family, he is talented in piano and violin and has secret ambitions to become a conductor. An arrogant multi-lingual perfectionist who once lived abroad in the music capitals of the world as a young boy, he feels mired in Japan because of a childhood phobia.

They meet by accident. Nodame quickly falls in love, but it takes much longer for Chiaki to even begin to appreciate Nodame’s unusual qualities. Their relationship causes them both to develop and grow. Because of Nodame, Chiaki transfers into the Conductor Division, leads a student orchestra and begins to have a broader appreciation of people's musical abilities. Because of Chiaki, Nodame faces her fears and enters a piano competition. Opportunities open up as both begin taking risks, stretching themselves far more than they ever thought possible.

so yah the gays pretty much gave every thing decent away but I already new nodame C (what I'll shorten it to) because its a huge manga (or was when it ran) in japan and I wasn't too convince I mean like classical music and a really messy girl....right..... but as I was low on dramas (seriously I think I've watched all the decent romantic ones and I'm not going on to start watching the cooking or detective ones!) I decided to give this one a shot! and to be quite fair its pretty damn good. I'm still mourning over the end of hana yori and it'd be quite hard for any drama to compete with such an amazing drama but nodame C holds its own. I love nodame's character shes so like myself but with less restrains and less self control that its me on a really crazy day, I also find chiaki very….well sexy ;) which is always good. Although I'm quite early on in the episodes and their relationship hasn't really developed into anything more then just chiaki being bothered by some loony girl they both have quite a lovely chemistry. The side characters are pretty hilarious too especially the gay guy with the afro he is sooooo funny I was really worried when I saw him at first but his character is so well played! I also love the punk violinist first because hes a punk and thats hot and secondly because hes a joker! Chiakis character does get a bit annoying with his winy if not slightly well weird obsession with his old teacher its rather annoying and its like hes in love with him or some thing. Also the plane "crashing" bit is very fake and you can see its a model I don't know if thats for extra comical effect but it really looks stupid. At any rate this is so far a good drama and I'd advise it to any hana kimi or hana yori fans as it'll help you get over your loss and lack of sexy guys ahahahah! any way next post will be about my previous drama which I watched with in a day called first love about a girl who finds out her previous old flame (and teacher) is now her sisters soon to be husband (cue shocked faces) :O!

well its been a while I'm taking a break as I have my GCSE's and such coming up and I'm just lazy I'm planning to re do the website when I find some time and hopefully turn it into my online art book I'm already working on a new style in drawing and I'm trying to make my colouring skills a little better so hopefully some time soon I'll have a proper artistic layout up I'll upload the pages as soon as I move my lazy arse and do it so to all my linkies I'll put your links up as soon as I can be bothered. ok I'm soooo proud of myself right now I had loads of crazy cutenews errors and yet some how after siffting through soooo many FAQs I managed to fix all of them yes! no strange zero stuff no warning about lines few I'm sooo happy ^_^. But the reason I'm doing this is because I'm actually ill and off school. My throat is killing me slowly and its hard to talk. I had hoped I'd be in tomorrow but as I'm still pretty much unable to talk I'm hoping I won't don't get me wrong missing schools ok but its my first week back and I'm missing art and I only have like two weeks to do it! On an even happier note I got new nana items for my phone so this calls for PHOTOS its been a while so enjoy OH! and theres of course a new layout featuring both nanas when all things were lovely and they both lived in 707 man after reading chapter 71 me and wendy (my fellow nana fan) were both in shock! LOL it was rather funny looking back on it and our late night discussions on an australian boy who we suspect its a 40 year old pervert. LOL any who enjoy the photos I haven't yet put the layout on the other pages as I'm tired and I want to do some drawing. So if their not up today hopefully tomorrow they will be! ok speak to you all laters ^_^ Edit- I have spelt the title wrong and will fix it when I have some energy its not tooo noticable right eheehe
